CTS Retail is a UK-based retail software company in Swindon, Wiltshire. NitroSell is their integrated eCommerce platform connecting to Microsoft RMS or POS 2009, enabling retailers to launch online shops synced with in-store inventory. They needed an email campaign promoting a limited-time NitroSell offer — half-price licensing or six months free services.
Challenge
Campaign needed to drive action within an 8-week promotional window with two distinct offer options.
Many independent retailers were unfamiliar with eCommerce benefits and needed persuading.
Complex product messaging required clear communication without overwhelming non-technical retailers.
Solution
Designed a visually engaging HTML email co-branded with NitroSell and CTS Retail.
Created a "Did you know?" section with compelling retail statistics on eCommerce impact.
Presented both offer options with prominent pricing hierarchy and clear promotional banner.
Laid out NitroSell's capability set in a scannable format with a direct phone CTA for demonstrations.
